Outstanding Performance

James Forrester, Procurement Manager of Yanmar Europe, comments:

MOTA has been delivering parts to Yanmar Europe since 2001, and to the Yanmar parent company in Japan since 2009. 2023 was another difficult year for procurement, with strong pressures on cost coming in particular from the labour market. Despite this challenging backdrop, MOTA managed to maintain excellent delivery performance. Moreover, the support for new Yanmar development projects has been outstanding. MOTA has consistently been a strong performer within Yanmar Europe’s annual evaluation process, and it is a pleasure to be able to give them the top award.

Customer Regonition

MOTA is proud to be this year’s winner. Eric Herrero, Head of Sales, says:

The whole MOTA team is very proud and grateful for this  supplier award, which is the recognition of our ongoing commitment to offer to Yanmar products and services of quality. We have been working with Yanmar for over 20 years, jointly developing complex heat exchanger systems integrating the water-cooled exhaust manifold and charge air cooler with permanent focus on quality, price stability and transparency, and logistics performance. Maintaining this quality standard is a key element for MOTA, and has required a high level of automation and employee training for the complex parts manufactured for Yanmar.

Stéphane Mota, CEO, says:

We have no doubt that the long term partnership between Yanmar and MOTA results from a set of common values such as commitment, ambition for excellence, long term vision and stable family ownership. We will continue to work with passion and determination to offer innovative, reliable solutions tailored to Yanmar’s needs and prepare adapted solutions for future power systems including alternative decarbonated fuels, fuel cells, electric systems and heat recovery. We would like to thank Yanmar for their trust and support.
